Glam Media Launches Glam Family, Naming Mike Meyers as VP & GM To Head New Channel of Vertical Content Network
Former President and CEO of Sheknows.com, Top-ranked Family Web Property, to Launch Family, Parenting, Moms and Kids Vertical
BRISBANE, CA and NEW YORK, NY—June 3, 2008—Glam Media (www.GlamMedia.com), the pioneer of vertical content networks and number one in reach for women online, today announced that former Sheknows.com President and CEO Mike Meyers will join as VP & GM of Glam Family. The new family vertical launches in Q3 of 2008 and will focus on all things parenting, pregnancy and baby-related.
Glam Family is the most recent channel in the Glam Media vertical content network, which brings together premium media content and 500+independent publishers to give advertisers a unique and diverse platform for brand engagement with their target audiences. The family vertical enables Glam to create a laser focus on content that appeals to moms and families, while providing advertisers a targeted and safe environment to reach this audience.
