			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In an effort to reach the coveted 25 to 35 consumer demographic, Omnicom Media Group and Nordstrom chose Glam to help launch the retailer&#8217;s new Youphoria campaign. Developed by Mekanism creative agency in San Francisco, the all-new regional campaign is centered on the idea that with the right outfit, anyone can reach Youphoria.</p>
<p>To help drive this point home, Nordstrom selected Glam fashion bloggers to participate in an exclusive online and in-store program. Bloggers were tasked with creating three outfits from Nordstrom that depicted their “Youphoria” moment and sharing online with their readers through social channels like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Readers were then given the chance to vote on their favorite outfits and were invited to attend an in-store event where the winning ensembles would be revealed and shoppers would be able to experience their Youphoria moment by trying on clothes with Nordstrom stylists and Glam bloggers. In addition to the blogger program, Youphoria ads will be featured across Glam’s popular style vertical.</p>
<p>The campaign, which kicked off in early April, is aimed at driving traffic both online and to Nordstrom stores in the Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, LA and San Diego markets. The in-store event is scheduled for May 16<sup>th</sup> in Chicago.</p>
